Can I have more than one account?

Every user has the right to register within the Daedalus Online Community with only one email address.

In case a user is discovered with more than one account, Daedalus New Media Research has the right to deactivate all the accounts of that particular user with no prior notification.

How do I receive the money accrued from completing online surveys?

In order to convert your points into cash when you have accrued at least 1000 points, you need to request the payment from your account (click the “request payment” button).

The payment will be made via bank transfer and the following information is required:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Personal Number
  • IBAN (current account using in the national currency)
  • Bank
  • Branch
  • The city where the bank is located.

You can fill out this information directly into your account. The payment will be made in the national currency.

You can register the details directly into your Daedalus account or you can send them to us via email.

Why do I have to give my personal number in order to be paid?

The personal number is necessary for registering the payment and paying the taxes. The taxes are paid entirely by our company.

Is it mandatory to request the payment when I reach 1000 points?

You can request the conversion of the points into money only after you have reached 1000 points.

However, you can wait until you accumulate more points and request the payment whenever you wish to..

How long does it take to receive the money after I have requested the payment?

All the payments are made at the beginning of each month for those who requested the conversion of the points in the previous month.

Any lack or mistake regarding the requested information in order to make the payment will automatically delay the payment until that piece of information has been correctly communicated to us.

Once the money is wired to you, you will be notified by email.

What can I do if I have forgotten my username?

Why won’t I receive surveys invites?

The invitations are sent to the people who correspond to certain criteria solicited by the client. We cannot guarantee a certain number of invites in any given period.

Another reason for the low number of invites received might be the lack of information we have about you.

Please make sure you correctly provide all the data requested in the recruitment questionnaire and web-cruiser and let us know when your information changes.
